[amsat-bb] How to connect PCSAT2?

Hi to the list,
pse anybody can tell me step by step how to connect the PCSAT2 BBS?
I mean where to uplink and where to downlink.
Reading Sion Chow Q. C. (9W2QC) message,
He says:

"I attempted to connect to the PCSAT2 mailbox on 145.825 +/- TX and 435.275
+/- RX using 1200 baud."  
I am using a Kenwood TS-790E Transceiver.
How does it TX on 435.275 and receive on 145.825?
As I know I can do SPLIT but on the same band.
Today I received it on 435.275 and 437.975 but not on 145.825.
I am a bit confused on this bird.
Can someone explain me better the situation?
