Current plan is to keep 1200 baud telemetry on
the 435.275 APRS downlink. And solar cell
science data at 9600 on 437.975

Maybe we forgot to turn on the PCSAT2 BBS after
the last power-down for the Progress docking.
Ill check on the next pass...
Oh, and the PBBS call is MAIL and not MAIL-1.
Ill make sure it is on on the next pass
(after the school contact)...
