Questions about SSETI Express telemetry competition

Is there a requirement for the contest that you
send the received telemetry to SSETI Express
Mission Control in realtime during the satellite
pass?
Can you receive the telemetry, save it, and use
the SERACC system to send telemetry after the
pass? Or, can you record the received audio from
the pass and send it into your TNC later, then
forward the demodulated data to SSETI Express
Mission Control after the pass?
Allowing non-realtime submission of the
demodulated data would also allow some more
sophisticated DSP algorithms to be used,
perhaps recovering more of the data...
Just wondering,
