[amsat-bb] New SATPC32 12.4?

Hi,

I noticed that the instructions are to NOT install it over the old program,
but to change the name of the old pre-12.4 directory, and then install the
new one.  Anybody done so, and does it import the old program settings?
Just curious how much time to allocate for upgrading?
