On my D7, I only need to send 192, 255

To do it from a standard PC keyboard under windows:

Press and _hold_ the ALT key down.
Then on the numeric keypad type 0192 (that's a zero)
Release the Alt key.
Press and _hold_ the ALT key down.
Then on the numeric keypad type 0255 (that's a zero)
Release the Alt key.

Mine resets at that point.
