Hi Don

I use the following settings on the TS:

Menu 46 - Main (Built-In TNC)
Menu 47 - 1200bps (Transfer rate: Built-in TNC)
Menu 48 - TNC BAND (DCD Sense)
Menu 55 - ON (Packet Operation)
Menu 56 - 9600 (Comm Connector Parameters, Set Hyperterminal the same)

As set, start a configured hyperterminal session.  Toggle Menu 55 On/Off and
the following should be displayed:

TC 1;TC 0;
cmd:HB 1200
HBAUD    was 1200
cmd:

Hello all,
Been fooling around with my ts2000x. Trying to setup my internal TNC . Have
not been having any luck. Can't get it to talk to the hyperterminal. It is a
setting somewhere. I see that the 2000 shows the tnc ,pkt and the pc display
on the sub screen. Also getting  garbled text in the hyperterminal.
Need some ideas.....
