I'll let someone else answer #1 and #2 but suspect we will have to wait
until after PCSAT2 is done for the best answers.
#3. No.
PCSAT2 is part of an attached payload (MISSE 5 - Materials on the ISS
Experiment) so it will be returned in about a year. The materials that were
attached will them be examined to determine which ones fare the best over
long periods in the harsh space environment.
