[amsat-bb] PCSAT2 Telemetry Decoder - Version 1.1

Hi,

A new version (1.1) is available for the download:

Changes from version 1.0

- added the capability to use AGW Packet Engine via TCP/IP;
- added the value "Shunt" (in the first "current" groupbox);
   this value is shown only if >50 mA.
- added a "yellow status" (with a yellow led) of the "8 bits" flags
   (see explanation in the readme file);
- voltage values now with 2 decimal places;
- temperature values now with 1 decimal place;
- moved the "reset" command to the menu ("File -> Reset");
- added a statusbar for infos about the connection;
- added a "led" indicating connection activity (the presence of incoming data).

I hope everything works fine.. (without bugs) :-]
