[amsat-bb] 24 volt rotator help needed

Howdy

Got a 24 volt rotator AC.

I applied 16 Volts AC and it seemed to want to work.

I see three terminals.

How does one feed a AC rotator ?

Do i need a CAP across the terminals ?
