[amsat-bb] PREDICT Question

Howdy,

Using PREDICT under LINUX to control a radio for doppler.

Modfied the demo.pl to use "GET_DOPPLER localhost ISS"

What freq does it use from what i assume is the predict.db file ?

linux:/predict/predict-2.2.2/clients/samples/perl # ./predict_radio.pl
WARNING: Use syntax "demo.pl hostname satellite" (i.e., demo.pl localhost
FO-20)
Substituting default arguments

PREDICT returned the following string in response to GET_DOPPLER OSCAR-10:

-563.798648

Values are as follows:
Name: OSCAR-10
 Doppler: -563.798648
linux:/predict/predict-2.2.2/clients/samples/perl # ./predict_radio.pl
localhost ISS

PREDICT returned the following string in response to GET_DOPPLER ISS:

0.000000

Values are as follows:
Name: ISS
 Doppler: 0.000000
linux:/predict/predict-2.2.2/clients/samples/perl #
