[amsat-bb] Newbie Question

I'm new to the AMSAT game.  I have two Yaesu FT-897D's and a VR-5000 
receiver.  Can anyone suggest a computer program that would give me 
frequency control for transmit and receive and satellite tracking 
information in one package.  I have an older laptop running Windows 98se.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
