[amsat-bb] PCSAT2 Installed Photos

FLY-AROUND photos of PCSAT2 have just been
added to the web page:

PCSAT2 is now operating in PSK-31 transpnder
mode as long as there is a PC2PSK command
station in the footprint to activate it.  Listen
to it on 435.275 +/- Doppler.  Uplink is on 
29.402 +/- 1 KHz.

We still need 9600 baud telemetry capture stations
monitoring the 437.975 downlink and feeding
packets to the APRS-IS system.  Thanks!
