RE: Passband Preferences



I'd use a separate field for those satellites with passbands rather than
single frequencies indicating whether the passband is inverted.  It
would be something simple, like "Inverted Passband", maybe just as a
comment or something.

How about indicating inverting with "-/+" and noninverting with "+/-"
