[amsat-bb] PSK31 test today?

We may be able to turn on thePSK-31 transponder
over the remaining Western USA passes today. 

 Listen to the weak downlink on 435.275 +/- 9 KHz 
doppler FM and TX on 29.401 to 29.403 MHz PSK-31.

No promises.  We are still testing the system.
But if it is on, use it!
