[amsat-bb] PCSat2 pass at 13:30 UTC -St Paul, MN

Was able to copy part of a PSK31 signal on the downlink at about 13:35 
UTC, but could not capture the call sign.  Copied "TEST" a few times and 
"EST" once.  PCSAT2 was directly overhead at that time or pretty close, 
a little to the west but have a pretty good path to the west and 
southwest as my windows face almost due west and just above the tree 
line on the horizon from the eighth floor of a high rise building.
