[amsat-bb] Kenwood D700 setup for ISS

Hi,

What's the easiest/best way to set up the Kenwood D700 for voice 
communication with the ISS. I know the frequncies etc. and have had voice 
QSOs with ISS before from my home QTH, but I'm stuck at work and would like 
to get my D700 in the car set up. (Hopefully before the next pass)
