Hi Ib,
Yes, this is correct. The orbit is sun synchronous and has precessed such it's now at a considerably earlier time than it was originally launched into nearly 12 years ago.

Hi all,
Just had a brief look at the orbit of PO-28.
By looking at predictions in NOVA over several month
is seems like PO-28 is an early bird.
Good passes early morning and in the afternoon/early
evening.
The inclination indicates a sun synchronous orbit.
Can someone confirm that ?
