[amsat-bb] PO-28 passes

Hi all,
Just had a brief look at the orbit of PO-28.

By looking at predictions in NOVA over several month 
is seems like PO-28 is an early bird.
Good passes early morning and in the afternoon/early
evening.
The inclination indicates a sun synchronous orbit.

Can someone confirm that ?
