[amsat-bb] Queston from beginner

I'm trying to get started in satellite work.  I downloaded a copy of SatPC32 
from the DK1TB site.  When I go to open the files my securtiy software tells 
me that opeing the program will change some of my computer settings.  Can 
anyone tell me if this is normal or should I pitch the file and download 
again.  Thanks for the help.
