[amsat-bb] AO-51 Mode S transmit power

I'm trying to get on mode S and without going into the details, I'm 
troubleshooting the system (its a portable arrangement).  I cannot find 
anywhere what power or a link  budget for mode S.  The web site has mode 
V. Anyone know the TX power for 2.4 ghz?  How about the ant gain?

If there is a link I messed just direct me there
