[amsat-bb] New Zealand "Mode A" Satellite

The information in the original message below, and that on the 
"southgatearc" site, is unfortunately inaccurate.

The report seems to have been gleaned from a TV clip where the TV 
Reporter gives his liberal interpretation of the facts. KiwiSAT will not 
carry Mode A.
