[amsat-bb] AO51 Keps

Hi all, are the AO51 keps ok for everyone?
I just received AO51 when my keps said -5 degrees.
That has never happened before!
There has been a tropo lift on in the evenings from the UK to Europe but I
can't imagine this would have this effect.
Any ideas?
