[amsat-bb] re:pocketsat problem

Long time since i've used it, will soon look at it again, but:

Have you set your longtitude to +(positive)  or - (negative) ?? it's
important!

 I think(negative)  -   is West (where you are in the US) but you need to
check.

or try set (180-longitude)
