Since FO-29 transponder is inverting  you must receive USB in 70 cm
but you must transmit LSB in 2 meters and this is why you receive your
downlink distorted and no one respond to you.

Your downlink appears seriously distorted because you transmit USB in
2 meters while the transponder reverse you in LSB and you try to receive
your own LSB signal using USB in 70 cm
