These would be great - except that they are shack located, not mast mounted,
so you can't use a single preamp with them.
Inside they are simply a variable delay line etched onto PCB. I have not
used one on 70cm to see how well it matches, but essentially you could use
it on 70cm but instead of one rotation equivalent to a complete phase change
on 2m, you would achieve three complete phase changes on 70cm.
