HI .... .. had good luck finally, and the new k5gna 3731 DC worked great first try. heard full meter signal from about 20deg S at 145.220 until about 10deg N at 145.130. it worked fine due to Bob's work, and all other pix and info about the set up on the web and BB.
set-up=== k5gna 3731 w/2m mod.
and corner reflector
k5gna power inserter
r/s 15v ac/dc supply 273-1691
r/s RF adj. attenuator 0-20db
150-0678 or 15-678 (appx 60%up)
appx 50ft total of rg6 / F-conn 75ohm
kenwood TH-F6a HT radio
heard many stations, remenber AI7W and KD6IRE. not enough hands for uplink. pass at 0535Z. this is still a kick when it works, especially so easy, with all the help.
thank you to all, and hope it was/is a good field day weekend.
