Hi All,
had a great time on AO51 S Band ...Until yesterday.
SSB 2000 downconverter filled up with rain.
Forgot about antenna flipping, pointing downconverter underbelly skywards.
Upon opening it seems corrosion has been going on for a while.
78L08 to be replaced (easy)
Last active component in IF chain is marked AO1.
The schematic supplied indicates a MAR3 should be here.
Anyone know
a) which I should use?
b) bias changes, if any, required between the two devices?
c) where to find data sheets on AO and MAR series MMICs
