[amsat-bb] AO-51 and FD

I found that the 20 " dish worked just fine, several people had fun hand
tracking the satellite and untill it began knife-edging over the hills to the
South of us, no problem with QSB on receive. Listening to a pileup on FM is
interesting with the capture effect and the off frequency uplinks is both
amusing and educational.
I also made several contacts on FO-29 and a good time was had by all.
