Please could someone email me at <<CALLSIGN AT AMSAT DOT ORG >> the email
address for reception reports for this satellite?

I will look out for the bird on its 400 MHz frequency when it is in contact
with Moscow. With SPECTRAN I can monitor the rate of change of the doppler
shift of the carrier.
