[amsat-bb] ISS for Field Day

Keep in mind that although the ISS 'does not' count as a satellite contact 
towards the ARRL Field Day, it 'does' count for one contact towards AMSAT Field 
Day. 

Remember, like anyother FM satellite, only one QSO is allowed with the ISS for 
FM voice. If the packet racket or 70cm station happen to be active, you may 
also make one QSO on each of them.
