[amsat-bb] Preliminary Testing - Netscape 8

I've done some cursory testing of Netscape 8.0 with the AMSAT website and 
it appears to be compatible.  If you find any netscape 8.0 specific bugs 
please report them using the bug report shown at the bottom of every 
AMSAT.org page.
