The 70, 33, 23, 13, 9, 5, 3  and 1.2 cm amateur bands are all secondary
allocations except for the segments at 430-440, 2,390-2,417 and
24,000-24,050 MHz. The primary allocations for 1,215-1,300 MHz are for earth
exploration satellites, radiolocation, radionavigation satellites and space
research.
