The CW beacon is not telemetry, it is a preprogrammed message according to
previous information from William. The telemetry for the satellite is in the
VHF high band somewhere. If you google for ANUsat there is a pretty good
schematic which looks like the ones I've seen of VO-52; I would guess they
are of very similar design/construction. The telemetry system is likely the
same. If it disappears after I post this, email me. I have a local copy of
both.
