Hi John,

The Downlink will be the same as the IHU-3 using BPSK and turbo codes, 
the Uplink is currently
under investigation. RUDAK will not run PACSAT protocol. The idea is to 
provide communication
capabilities at very low S/N ratios, i.e. very little power and very 
small antennas. RUDAK will
also act as a redundant IHU-3.
However, things are not final for RUDAK yet..
