[amsat-bb] is the Amsat BB down???

I sent in a posting to the Amsat-BB at 3:31PM EDT and haven't seen it come 
back on the BB.

Received a posting on the BB at 6:42PM EDT so wondering what's going on???

Might re-post my original and see if gets thru.
