[amsat-bb] ECHO not heard tonight

Hi All,

AO-51 per the schedule should be in V/U, High Power Mode tonight. I 
heard nothing on the downlink frequency of 435.300 mhz FM on either the 
0200 or the 0330 (North America) pass. I did hear a strong unmodulated 
(FM receive)carrier on 435.150 till 0343z.

Anyone know what Echo was doing on these passes?
