[amsat-bb] AO-51 SSB/FM test

This was GREAT! 
It worked the best of any of the "new" modes we've tried 
so far! 

Lots of readable signals. I only worked  one pass, heard another
thru the local repeater thanks to WA6OEC who re-transmitted it
to the locals.  (K7MT and K0BLT had  a nice clear SSB-sounding
QSO).
