[amsat-bb] Hamsat FM

I am the responsible Op who used FM on the bird last night in VK.  I must
apologise as I was operating in an unusual situation and the radio reset
itself to FM and I didn't notice till too late.
It will not happen again.
I made a contact with VK3KLX breifly and we were the only users on the
pass-band that I could hear.
Again, my apologies.
