RE: Indian Launch Keplers (maybe)
These last 2 keps below are from Space-Track, are the most recent, and show
the origin as India.
It doesn't mean that either are HAMSAT but might just be final stages and
space junk. However I am monitory the 2 beacon frequencies. Unfortunately
the next passes over my QTH are almost 2 hours from now so others will
probably hear something sooner than me :-(
