[amsat-bb] AO-51 via DM65 @ 1600 Z

I decided to go outside with my new IC-W32A and listen to AO-51.
To my surprise and pleasure I discovered that my new handled not
only heard AO-51 just fine but it was a nice strong copy with only
the 18" whip.

To bad I don't have 23cm capability.  I would love to have joined in
on the conversation with N5UTX and the other station.
