Hello list!

Maybe someone has any info (data sheet) about 2 items:
1. M/A-COM AM49-0019 (I know 2G MMIC ~1.5W out, and nothing else)
2. Avantek SF6-0786M (2-4G)

I have Power amplifier module with M/A-COM MMIC inside. I'd like
to make power amplifier for my 13cm transverter  but don't have data
sheet for MMIC!
