[amsat-bb] FT-847 opcode to set 9600 baud?

Have some homebrew rig software and it would sure be handy to have it set
the FT-847 packet rate from 1200 to 9600 for certain satellites (i.e. AO-51
& PCSAT2). Is there a "hidden" opcode that would do the same thing as menu
item 23? Suspect not, but had to ask this august group anyway!
