Fw: An Apology to the Group



Sue for what?

Damages......punitive?

Punish the Park service for a mistake an employee made?

I fail to see how not being able to operate impacted financially on this
ham.

Please.... if the Park Ranger was unreasonable,  we must be diplomatic and
reasonable.  If not for ourselves but for other hams now and in the future
who will
use Federal Parks both for hobby, emergency and experimentation.
