[amsat-bb] Doppler adjustment

I really am at a loss to learn the importance of all this discussion on 
doppler tuning.

I've tried most of them, and I discovered I've been using the best one on 
all of the radios I've used on the satellites for the past 26 years.
In the old days we called it a knob!!
