[amsat-bb] RS22 tlm

Hi All

I had a look at RS22 this evening and it was sending some sort of FM
digital signal, rather than its cw tlm.The audio had a peak at 2400Hz or
therabouts with an allmost 9k6 packet like sound in the background,has
anyone been able to decode this and if so what was used ?
