He has contacted AMSAT-DL, but we are missing his return address.
Any help is appreciated.

Actually I have received an E-Mail address ****@amsat.org which did not
proof valid when checked with AMSAT callsign lookup.

Now I hope that WILLIAM **** himself will read this mail and will
contact me or anybody living close to him will call him by telephone and
