Hi,

It's a mute point about using echolink for relaying the ISS ARISS 
contacts as it could be considered
a broadcast by the station relaying the transmission, which is of course 
ouside the remit of our license.

I was approached by the GB3DX (echolink) team to do a relay last year 
but in discussions with the
VoIP specialist of the RSGB DCC we decided that it would not be legal to 
do so.

Great idea, but it may not be legal as it's not a point to point contact 
via echolink.
