The portion of the schedule which you quoted simply indicates that, at the
particular time you connected to the website (Sat Mar 26 16:39:43 UTC),
the on-board scheduler was at 00:54:17 into its schedule, which, as the
table below indicates, is "OFF" mode. The next scheduled event, at
17:26:15 UTC, switched the satellite to "Digital Med" mode, and then 20
seconds later, the satellite entered "Analogue Med" mode. One must compare
the satellite's scheduler with passes over one's location to determine
whether the bird is going to be active at that time or not...
That being said, however, I also heard nothing from the bird when it passed
over here (Chicago) this afternoon, and was supposed to be
in Analog mode...
