[amsat-bb] Echo mode VS. 67Hz??

Hello.
 
I just dusted off the S band receiver and tried AO-51 in mode VS.
 
Nice signals from the satellite over Europe.  + and - 50kHz of doppler  is 
fun isn't it!  This is certainly "self training of the licencee" as it  says in 
my licence.

YO3ACX     all 59++  on a 0.6dB NF + 15turn  helix.
 
However, can someone confirm that the 67Hz access is actually on and not  off 
as scheduled?
