Adding it on one side and subtracting it on the other has been douible-entry
accounting pratice for hundreds of years. Accounting is about detecting
errors rather than explaining the operations of an organization -- if the
result isn't zero you made an error. The only mystery here is why Luc is
still an AMSAT member.
